The Thompsons: A Family Adventure to Remember

Hey, we’re the Thompsons! A family of five, finally off on a proper holiday after years of waiting. And where else would we go? Disneyland, of course!

The kids have been counting down the days, and we can’t wait to see their faces when they walk through those gates. After all the excitement, we’re treating ourselves to a few days in Palm Springs because us parents deserve a break too! We never been in Palm Springs before so really looking forward to it.

We came across this journal on our flight, and what a fantastic idea! Travelling is all about making memories, and now we get to leave a little piece of our journey behind for someone else to find. I hope you all have a nice and safe journey.

What a lovely entry, I can just imagine the kids’ faces walking into Disneyland! You’re right, travelling really is about collecting memories, and I’m so glad you found the journal and added yours.

We actually visited Palm Springs back in 2018 and had the best açaí bowl somewhere on Main Street and we had breakfast at this old diner that looked like it hadn’t changed since the 1950s. It felt like stepping back to a bygone era.
